Registration Policy

  • Every resident must upload his/her current medical student ID card/letter from HOD.
  • Registration fee includes conference kit, access to all scientific sessions, inaugural function, access to the exhibition area, lunch & dinner, tea & coffee during the conference.
  • Registration fee is not transferable to any other attendee or meeting.
  • Request for cancellation of registration must be received in writing at the Conference Secretariat.
  • The refund would be made as; Up to 1st June- 50% of the total fee.
  • No cancellation requests will be accepted after 1st June
  • Refunds will be made after the event.
  • The last date of conference registration is 15th August, after which On-spot registration is applicable.
